JINTEX microfiber products are made by conjugated yarn of polyamide ( Nylon-6 ) 20%~30% and polyester 70%~80%. This conjugated yarn is generally 2 denier per filament. This conjugated yarn is later separated into 16 micro filaments by special treatment ( Draw Texture and Caustic Treatment ; Caustic dissolve approx. 10% of Polyester ) so that the conjugated yarn becomes to ultra fine microfiber and the polyester fiber tunes into triangular cross section as fig-2. Finally the filament's denier is approximate 0.13 denier per filament. ( 1gram of JINTEX Microfiber yarn's length is about 70,000meters ). It means 100 times thinner than a human hair.

Microfiber cleaning cloth is made of very very thin 2 kinds of synthetic resin yarns ( Polyester & Polyamide ). And it has a lot of capillary so that it has a capillary effect.
